Advanced Practitioner and musculoskeletal specialist, with a Bachelor of Science, Suzanne is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Suzanne graduated in 2001 and started her professional career with the NHS, She has worked for a number of trusts in the Yorkshire region focusing on pain management and orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation. Suzanne, like all of our physiotherapists at Physio Barnsley, use the same unique physiotherapy treatment methods as Peter. .In addition to her core Physiotherapy skills, she is also a teacher of Physiotherapy led Pilates, a Reiki practitioner and a certified life coach.
She loves the outdoors and water sports, including paddle boarding, body boarding and wild swimming. She is a team leader and committee member of Mother Runner, a group created to encourage women who have little experience in running or who need some company and encouragement to progress their running journey, and to get out on the road.
A proud wife and mum of two children, her husband is very competitive and is known to challenge her fitness from time to time!
