Through massage, we are reminded of the body's language and its wisdom.

Ruth is a multi talented therapist with a Bachelor of Science, a diploma in massage therapy, a diploma in complementary therapy, and a diploma in sports massage.

After taking early retirement from teaching science in 2013 Ruth went back to school to learn new skills and change career paths. Her skills include deep tissue sports massage and relaxing methods that can be personalised to the clients need.

Ruth loves helping people on their recover journey with her healing hands. She spends her free time doing the things she loves at the gym, outdoors, travel and friends. Life lived as it should be.
